SMaintain offers a license model for each client.
If you have a small maintenance department and the purchase of the server for a application is not economical, or your operation is geographically distributed which also requires a web based approach we offer the
ASP Model
(We provide the application on our servers for you)
This licence model allows the use of SMaintain simply with an installed browser on your desktop. Your browser connects directly using the Internet or other secure connections like VPN with our high performance application and database servers. All databases are administered by us and backed up regularly.
The payment is based on a monthly or yearly usage fee and hotline and support is available upon request.
If you would like to have the application installed at your site we recommend one of the following license models.
Subscription Lizenz
(yearly subscription usage )
The subscription license has a time limited usage of the system. The system can be installed on your hardware and the usage is licensed for a specified time period. Hotline and system maintenance is available up on request and are charged as per usage.
Classical license.
(licensing for an unlimited time period)
The classic licence model offers unlimited usage for a certain number of users on your infrastructure. The amount of assets will also influence the price of the license. This allows our clients to start with a low price and upgrade the system with additional users and assets whenever needed.
The license and usage fees of all three above described licensing models are calculated depending on the following three criteria.
- 1 – X Users
- 1 – Y Assets
- 1 – Z Branches
This l allows for a fair calculation of the system tailored to the needs of our clients.
Upgrades of the licenses are possible at any time.
