Structure

The structure of SMaintain Maintenance Software is straight forward and clearly arranged. The main menu and the process flow functions provide easy navigation.

The general structure of the main menu is by means of functional modules and supports quick access to the desired function.

Each user can configure a personalised dashboard with their important information. The dashboard is then always available in the background, providing of the important status information in a personalized way.

The dashboard
After successful login the user will receive a view of all operating figures and limit values. Graphical displays show the workload or efficiency of the teams such as job allocations per team or individual.

Constantly up-dated data provides complete information in a blink of the eye as well as transparency of the field of duty, thus allowing the optimization of available resources.
