Processes

The flexible configuration of the processes and assignments in the workflow is easy for each individual user or user group to use.

Each process is shown as a chart. The individual user is provided with the exact tasks within the company process.

Due to surveillance functions the process reliability is given and is the base for your companies audits and certification needs.  The following "job - work flow" process is given as example.

Each icon within the process flow represents a program function. On implementation of the system the client decides which functions, within the workflow process, will be used and made available to the user groups and users.
Unused functions will be disabled and the user is only presented with the current company-specific process chains and functions designated to that specific current user, based to the security settings.

The complete process flow graphics shows the workflow, starting with the "request for job" until the "job feedback and completion". The arrows in between the functions represent actions which are performed by using the program icons.

Another process flow is the material and orders flow containing material booking, requisition, sanctioning, purchasing and delivery.

Further processes are the administration, organization, plant structure and analysis of the feed back data complete with statistics.
