Schedules

All recurring measures, regardless of whether they are based on fixed time interval or on elapsed meter values or based on actual condition or manual triggered, we name work plans. Those are described with text and assigned documents and can consist of positions such as work-steps. A position can identify internal or external work conducted by a supplier.

A defined work order can be connected to many assets. When assigned to an asset, the interval, the trigger as well as the next due date is entered.

In addition to the text instructions of a schedule in an order, with the execution of a simple completion message, SMaintain can trigger so-called inspection systems linked with the schedules at certain plants.

If there are any values to be taken from the asset, such as temperature or weight reading for scales, this can be done by assigning a inspection plan.

These values can be provided to the authorities for analysis and statistics like "average deviation",  "maximum deviation" or similar formulas can be created from the collected data.

Additional functions like "overdue work plans" and "interval mass update" if, for example, the operational shifts changed from 2 to 3 shifts a day and requires update of all concerned timer intervals of the work plans are supporting the daily operation of the system.
